Beumer & Lutum has stood for serious organic baking in Berlin for decades.
The Metropolenhaus branch on Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz sits directly opposite the Jewish Museum. Everything is baked by hand daily, using regional organic ingredients with spelt flour as the base. The counter covers the full range: breads, rolls, cakes — and the vegan cinnamon rolls that helped establish the bakery's citywide reputation.
