Scope

These terms apply to the use of the EAT THIS platform, including all content, features and services offered at eatthisdot.com.

Use of the Platform

EAT THIS is an editorial food guide for Berlin. The content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial recommendation or guarantee of quality.

Free map and paid packs

The map is free to use. Booster Packs are optional digital content: you purchase access to the Must-Eat recommendations described in the offer, not food, drinks, reservations or vouchers. Your contracting partner is Ersan Erkut, EAT THIS; contact: hello@eatthisdot.com. Further provider details are listed in the legal notice.

Price, ordering and payment

Each pack has a one-time total price shown in the offer and before you complete your order. There is no subscription or automatic recurring payment. Payment takes place through Stripe Checkout, where you can check and correct your details before placing a binding order. You submit your order with the final payment confirmation step; we accept it by granting access after successful payment confirmation.

Unlocking and access

Once payment is confirmed, the included Must Eats are unlocked in your account. For a guest purchase, we assign the purchase to the email address entered at checkout and send you a login link. Access requires a current browser, an internet connection and access to that account. If your purchase is not unlocked or the login email does not arrive, contact hello@eatthisdot.com using the email address used for your purchase.

A category pack covers the Must Eats in its category. All Berlin covers all available categories and Must Eats published later. Content marked “Coming soon” is available only after publication; this does not promise a particular publication date. The product description at the time of your purchase determines what is included.

Statutory rights and withdrawal

Your statutory rights relating to defective digital products and your statutory right of withdrawal remain unaffected. Immediate access alone does not extinguish the right of withdrawal. You can withdraw by sending a clear statement to hello@eatthisdot.com. Please identify the purchased pack and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order; this is not an additional condition for a valid withdrawal.

Withdrawal instructions for consumers

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, but does not begin before you have been properly informed of your right of withdrawal.

To withdraw, inform us (Ersan Erkut, EAT THIS, [add postal address before publication], hello@eatthisdot.com) of your decision in a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We will use the same payment method as for your purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a refund fee. Once the purchase has been reversed, access to the withdrawn paid content ends; your other free access remains available.

Intellectual Property

All content on EAT THIS — including texts, images, and design — is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

Liability

Restaurant details such as opening hours, menus and prices may change. Please verify them directly with the restaurant. Answers from the AI assistant Remy may also contain errors. Statutory rights relating to defects and statutory liability remain unaffected.

Changes

The version agreed when the contract is formed applies to your purchase. Later changes to these terms do not amend existing contracts merely because you continue using the platform.
