Bistro GriGri on Paul-Lincke-Ufer, directly on the Landwehrkanal — tip-Berlin calls it a new favourite spot at the canal.
The daughter of the previous operator reopened the decades-old Café GriGri in April under the same name and reworked the concept and atmosphere from the ground up. Chef Frithjof Gernentz — previously at Dóttir and Pauli Saal — cooks alongside sous-chef Ronan Downing. The card runs light and creative with a distinct hand. Signature: baked oyster mushrooms, marinated with lemon thyme and aioli. Wine list between classic picks and small labels, often regional. Large terrace at the water.
