Standard Serious Pizza Charlottenburg

Standard's Neapolitan pizza on Schlüterstraße: margherita with fior di latte, a carbonara pizza with guanciale and a daily special.

Standard started in 2014 on Templiner Straße in Prenzlauer Berg and has since been one of the pizzerias other Berlin places get measured against. Today there are four locations, one of them on Schlüterstraße in Charlottenburg.

The pizza is Neapolitan. The margherita comes with tomato sauce, fior di latte, Parmigiano and basil, with buffalo mozzarella on request, alongside pizzas like bufala e crudo, Parma e bufala or a white pizza with Parmesan cream, roasted guanciale, pecorino and egg yolk in the style of carbonara. There is a different pizza of the day every day. To drink there are spritz variations, a house pet nat and rosé, and tiramisù to finish.
