The Duc Ngo runs 893 Ryōtei on Kantstraße — the concept is a double bluff: a graffitied facade like an abandoned shell outside, lounge atmosphere at star-kitchen level inside, with sushi counter and sashimi open-kitchen in full view.
Ryōtei is Japanese for the elevated peak of cuisine; here extended with South American influences that show on the menu. Reservation is mandatory, the place is almost always full. The pick: let the counter lead the selection — the sashimi line is unusual for Berlin.
