On Bergmannstraße, between the Marheineke-Markthalle and the café strip, Saveur de Bánh Mì keeps the line strictly minimalist: exactly two sandwiches on the menu, one with meat and one vegan, eight euros each.
The baguette is baked exclusively for the shop — crisp shell and cloud-soft inside, the bite that makes a Bánh Mì. Pickled carrot and daikon, coriander and cucumber, plus pâté and homemade chili on request. The balance of salty and sour, fresh and sharp lands clean. Ordering via QR code, payment cashless, no extra friction. A few stools at the pink-tiled counter inside; the rest plays out on the kerb, in the Bergmann foot-traffic, sandwich in hand.
