Lee Thompson opened St.
Bart on Graefestraße in 2017 — Australian, together with his wife, with the concept of a British-German symbiosis à la St. John’s London. The menu splits into small and large plates: Scotch eggs, ham hock terrine and smoked eel with fennel on one side, brick chicken and brokkolini on the other.
