Sandwich deli by Görlitzer Park: the Chicken Melt with tarragon sauce, The Italian and house-baked focaccia.

Rochelle grew up in hospitality; her parents ran pubs in England and later cafés in Australia. Olle was the family's little cook at six and later worked at Bar Normal and Sorrel. In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, the two began working on Romeo's, first as a pop-up. Since mid-March 2025 they have had a permanent deli by Görlitzer Park, in a former pastry shop on Lausitzer Straße.

The room mixes Milanese espresso bar and American diner. The team makes its own focaccia, emulsions and pickles, and the menu has five signature sandwiches plus changing specials. The Chicken Melt puts chicken, green tarragon sauce and lots of cheese between two slices of sourdough from Keit; The Italian comes with two cold cuts, cheese, salad and pickles. There are cookies too.
