Coccodrillo

MitteItalianClosed now · opens 12:00

Coccodrillo is the Berlin outing of the French Big Mamma Group, here under the Big Squadra label on Veteranenstraße at Weinberg-Park.

Inside, red velvet meets neon, zebra carpet meets marble and hand-painted dishware sits under old Italian ad posters. Red-and-white lettering and Italo-disco energy set the room. The kitchen stays strictly Italian: pasta and pizza made fresh in-house daily, gelato on site, ingredients from small Italian producers. The non-negotiable is the 250g La Grande Burrata, reportedly the creamiest in the city. The main room opens through glass doors onto a terrace over the park.
