Cookie aka Heinz Gindullis opened Cookies Cream in 2007 — Germany's first all-vegetarian starred restaurant, holding the Michelin star since November 2017.
Entry is hidden via a courtyard, small door, doorbell. Inside, an avant-garde room still echoing Cookie's club-owner past. Chef Nicholas Hahn since 2023, vegetables from the house's own grower in Werder. Signature: pepper in four textures — 48-hour dehydrated as tartare, plus sorbet, chip and powder from the skin. Non-alcoholic pairing part of the concept.
