Hidden in a backyard off Reichenberger Straße, this Kreuzberg ramen spot is where half the neighborhood ends up slurping in the courtyard once the weather turns.
The noodles are pulled in-house every day, fresh and never bought in — that freshness carries the bowls. The broth simmers for hours on a bone base until it stands dense and pours pure umami. The signature is the Crispy Duck Ramen, with vegan variants for the other side of the table and gyoza as a side bite. Around it a small menu of Japanese tapas to share, plus sake and Japanese whisky at the bar. Brick walls, plants from the ceiling, long canteen-style wooden tables.
