The crew behind Pinci in Mitte opened Trattoria Breda in January 2026 as their second address — on Paul-Lincke-Ufer, by the water.
Orange-saturated interior with polished metal counters, art-deco tables and terraces right on the Landwehrkanal. The concept is not the pasta classic but elevated Italian sharing plates: beef tartare with bottarga, sea-bass crudo with rhubarb, tuna belly in sauce au poivre. In summer the water seat, with a wine list for long evenings. Pinci’s energy in a quieter register.
