Kantstraße 46, Korean street food out of a sleek takeaway window — no seats, everything to go.
Three Berliners with German-Korean roots pull kimchi through every category they can think of. Kimchee Taco, Kim Cheesilla Fries and Kimchi Bang in a steamed bao bun lead the menu. Beside them Tiger Balls, bibimbap (skip the rice if you want) and burgers on a brioche bun. What defines this place is the deep-fried kimchee in a sharp, crunchy panko crust — fermentation meets fryer, street food DNA in one bite. Tacos, bibimbap, burgers and sides all come vegetarian and vegan on request. Around it, Kantstraße as Charlottenburg's gourmet strip.
