Danish restaurant group with Copenhagen origins, whose Berlin flagship sits on Potsdamer Straße — larger and more open than the two other Berlin houses of the brand.
Quiet polish: dark furniture, white-grey walls, a free-standing bar, a long open kitchen, a gallery on the first floor. The concept was born on a Japan trip by the Danish trio — yakitori sticks meet sushi and international cues, vegetarian and vegan included. CG highlight: a lightly seared tuna tataki that, the house says, melts on the tongue.
