Since 1998 the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski on Pariser Platz has held up the tradition of the Adlon — Brandenburg Gate in view, two Michelin stars, classical French cuisine with Asian undertones.
Since February, Jonas Zörner runs the kitchen, born in Berlin and previously a starred chef at Golvet. Five to six courses in an elegant, traditional setting; individual requests possible by pre-order. Signature: char cooked at 44 degrees in coconut-dashi beurre blanc. The cellar holds over 1,300 wine positions.
