Loumi
Intimate casual fine dining in Kreuzberg: tasting menu between France, Japan and a Nordic hand, served at the counter facing the open kitchen.
Loumi is a Fine Dining restaurant in Kreuzberg. Open Mon-Tue closed, Wed-Sat 18:45-23:00, Sun closed.
Karl-Louis and Mical opened Loumi on Ritterstraße in 2023, after the duo had cooked out of a Neukölln backyard space — now an intimate room with just over a dozen seats wrapped around a stainless-steel counter facing the open kitchen.
French foundation with Japanese precision and Nordic accents: a seasonal tasting menu running as a four- or eight-course evening, depending on the night. Somewhere along the way, a bone-aged monkfish with Jerusalem-artichoke purée and a vin-jaune foam. Casual fine dining with a star, a playlist, and chef's-table energy at the counter.
