The sixth floor of KaDeWe is a delicatessen universe across nearly 6,000 square metres, redesigned bright and open.
Six restaurants sit star-shaped in wood panelling around the central escalator, with over 25 bars, counters and food stations spread around them. The cheese counter carries up to 900 varieties by season, the gin wall around 450 labels. The fresh-fish station works with sustainable wild-catch, alongside bao buns, vegan options and cocktails. A marketplace logic blurs street food into fine dining, every station linked through one central till. The new outdoor terrace looks across to Gedächtniskirche.
