Frühstück 3000 Kreuzberg

Frühstück 3000 opposite the Jewish Museum: breakfast by top chefs, grilled cheese with kimchi, duck sandwich, terrace.

Maximiliane Wetzel, Lukas Mann and Martin Pöller used to cook in luxury hotels and top restaurants. With Frühstück 3000 they set out to serve Berlin a better breakfast, first as a pop-up with a changing four-course morning menu, then from October 2020 in their own restaurant in Schöneberg. In June 2023 Kreuzberg followed, directly opposite the Jewish Museum, with around 70 seats inside and 40 on the terrace.

The menu has a grilled cheese with cheddar, kimchi and chipotle-bourbon ketchup, a vegan sandwich with fried oyster mushrooms, a duck sandwich with confit and crispy skin, or buckwheat pancakes with blueberry ragout and cured egg yolk. On the sweet side there is crème brûlée French toast with rhubarb ragout. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.
