The menu revolves around Eggs Benedict in many variations — poached eggs on toasted bread with hollandaise, with smoked salmon, mushrooms, spinach, or shrimp. Also on offer: American-style pancakes, vegan shakshuka, and French toast. The chain's own invention: Egg Balls, Benedict variations shaped into omelette bites. On weekends, brunch runs until 7 pm.
