One of the first cafés of Berlin's Third-Wave movement, landed on Oderberger as the flagship of a brand that treats coffee as craft.
Behind the counter are Yumi Choi and Kiduk Reus, who traveled extensively to source beans directly from farmers, skipping the Fair-Trade label in favor of direct contact. The menu stays narrow on purpose: curated origins from Ethiopia, Rwanda and Brazil. Roasted for clarity, sweetness and expression instead of the dark-chocolate comfort zone. Order at the counter, no table service — the address where a generation of Berlin baristas learned the craft before opening their own bars.
