On the fourth floor of Fotografiska on Oranienburger Strasse, the Swedish museum for contemporary photography inside the restored Tacheles building.
180 seats across 338 square metres, designed by Werner Aisslinger: velvet-upholstered banquettes and an endless bar running through the centre of the room. In the open kitchen Roel Lintermans, formerly of Grill Royal, cooks seasonal modern European plates built for sharing. Signature dish per tip Berlin: lobster omelette with smoked salmon roe, lemon sauce and French fries. One floor up sits the bar for the drink after dinner.
