Katharina and Lennert have run Taktil since August 2021 on Nogatstraße in Neukölln — a small bakery with a wood-fired oven, with bread knowledge they picked up in Provence first.
Sourdough in rye and wheat, baguettes, plus fluffy brioche and Austrian-style bread from the wood oven. In the shop also Field Coffee and a boutique range of beers, oils and specialties. Tagline: „Bakery in Progress". Friday evenings, wood-fired pizza nights — vegan, vegetarian and classic — from the same oven.
