Handmade noodle soups in the Shanghai tradition, pulled in a small kitchen on Pariser Straße in Charlottenburg.
The noodles are made in-house — hand-pulled and freshly portioned, dropped into broths that have simmered for hours and taste deeply of vegetables. Alongside: house dumplings, aromatically filled, steamed to the point, served with dips at the table. The interior stays simple, the staff stays friendly, the feeling stays authentic. No decor gesture, just bowl and slurp with refill. One of those soups you’d happily eat at 30 degrees and full sun. A second location in Wilmersdorf extends the concept with all-you-can-eat hot pot.
