Pinci is an Italian daytime bar on Große Hamburger Straße in the Scheunenviertel, one block from Hackescher Markt.
The room runs from late morning into the night — coffee and aperitivo, pasta and wine, all from the same counter. The menu stays small and rotates: house-made focaccia as a sandwich, plus freshly sliced mortadella and a truffle toast. A frittata with balsamico and a changing pasta like a pasta al limone round things out. The space is minimalist, mismatched chairs at small tables, a long counter behind tall windows. A small wine shop sits at the entrance — no frills, what lands on the plate does the talking.
