Jinok Kim opened NaNum at 66 on Lindenstraße — formerly an opera singer and ceramicist, together with her husband Dirk Eicken.
The concept combines restaurant and ceramic gallery: served on plates Kim throws herself, eaten what she grows in her own garden in Potsdam and ferments in-house. Korean tradition through a radically simple lens — fermented dishes and seaweed, dry-aged fish, no meat. Natural wine pairings alongside. Across from the Jewish Museum, small capacity, reservation required.
