Ice cream with Asian flavours on Waldemarstraße: Mango Sticky Rice, Viet Coffee, Bufala and three glazes for dipping.

Kuréme on the corner of Waldemarstraße and Adalbertstraße was founded by My and Duong, together with their friend Gabriele Atzeni, who runs production. The ice cream is made in small batches, with Italian craft and flavours that come from travels and childhood memories. Many flavours are built like a perfume, with top, heart and base notes.

So far the team has developed around 40 flavours, such as Mango Sticky Rice with pandan, coconut milk and mango, Bananatella, or Bufala made from buffalo-milk ricotta with olive oil, salt and pepper. For Viet Coffee the condensed milk goes in only at the very end, so the scoop tastes like Vietnamese iced coffee. There are also three glazes, matcha, chocolate and pistachio, to dip your scoop into. The shop is minimalist, glossy and sculptural. Closed on Mondays.
