Kuréme

KreuzbergKoreanClosed now · opens 13:00

Kuréme brings Korean-inflected gelato to Waldemarstraße, in the heart of the Mariannenkiez near Görlitzer Park.

The ice cream shop pairs gelato craft with flavors drawn from Asian kitchens, and the daily board rotates. Names on rotation include Black Sesam, Ube and Matchatella. Douhua — a reading of the Chinese silken-tofu dessert — rounds it out. The signature is Bufala — a buffalo-milk gelato served savory, breaking out of the sweet lane. Five to six vegan options always run alongside, sometimes fruity, sometimes creamy. The room is kept purist in red and white, with tiles, stainless steel and production right behind the counter.
