The kitchen makes hummus the lead in every possible variation, with chickpeas sourced from Galilee in northern Israel. The room is rustic and polished at once, set across from the Neue Synagoge — pulling in an international, slightly bohemian crowd. The menu is almost entirely vegan and largely kosher, with full and half portions on offer the way Israeli tables share rather than order solo. The house take, the „Hummus & Friends Special", arrives with a spicy paste on top.
