Michelin-starred tasting on the 14th floor of the InterContinental, with a continuous wall of glass from Siegessäule to Sony Center.
The 6-course menu sits at 185 euros and can be ordered fully vegetarian — same starred ambition. Chef Eberhard Lange writes with precision: yellowtail mackerel praline with buttermilk and jalapeño oil, Brandenburg venison with buckwheat crepes. The concept anchor is the ricotta-filled agnolotti with celeriac cream, white Alba truffle shaved over the plate tableside. The room stays warm: grey-brown walls, dark Scandinavian furniture. Alongside, roughly 500 wine labels and a non-alcoholic pairing.
