Hallmann und Klee
Fine dining from the owner duo Hallmann and Beutelspacher in Neukölln — brunch past, Facil pedigree, butter as the house line.
Hallmann und Klee is a Fine Dining restaurant in Neukölln. Open Mon-Tue closed, Wed-Sat 18:30-23:00, Sun closed.
Hallmann und Klee on Böhmischer Platz, run since 2016 just off Sonnenallee.
The once-famous brunch and pancake spot has shifted to evening fine dining — the pancake era is over. Sarah Hallmann and Rosa Beutelspacher run the owner duo, both with Facil pedigree. Clear plates, regional without dogma, the kitchen openly declares its love for butter. The CG visit's favourite plate: potato purée with whey foam and bright-green lovage broth — minimal in components, maximal on the palate. Alongside the wine list runs a serious non-alcoholic flight from the sommelier.
