Indian street food meets American diner culture, set up in the Tea House at The Hoxton Charlottenburg.
Founder Sachin Obaid, raised between India and the US, builds the menu around this dual heritage. The Maharaja Burger stacks chapli kebab patties with a bone-marrow-butter bun, green pepper, and onions. Kerala Fried Chicken comes with curry-leaf slaw and house-made masala ketchup. Vegetarians get the Khumb Royale. The house's calling card is the namesake Gully Burger: a seekh-kebab lamb patty with green pepper relish and Madras aioli.
