Ganymed Brasserie
French brasserie on Schiffbauerdamm with a Spree-side terrace. Head chef Pietro Solito, seafood lean. Signature: lobster tagliolini in bisque.
Ganymed Brasserie is a French restaurant in Mitte, priced 20–80 €. Open Mon-Sun 09:00-00:00.
French brasserie on Schiffbauerdamm, opposite Friedrichstraße station, facing the Spree.
Inside: stucco ceilings and dark wood, parquet and chandeliers, warm light. Classic French, understated. The menu runs à la carte with seasonal specials alongside, from celeriac-parsnip soup to a closing cheese selection; a Crémant at the bar works fine without a table. Pietro Solito runs the kitchen — the line is brasserie with a seafood lean, no fusion detours. The signature is lobster on tagliolini in lobster bisque — the creature on the house sign is no accident. In summer, a terrace right on the water.
