An ensemble of restaurant and beer garden ('Spreedeck'), the window front opens across its full width — holiday feeling even in the rain. Chef Frederik Grieb cooks a polished regional kitchen, host and sommelier Mathias Brandweiner curates the wines. Lunch sees, for instance, the catch of the day on potato stomp with beurre blanc and toasted panko crumbs. Evenings, fish and meat also from the Big Green Egg ceramic grill, sides freely combined.
