HERITAGE Berlin
Casual fine dining at Gendarmenmarkt inside Hotel Luc. Florian Glauert cooks between Asia and Berlin — Floating Menu, ten courses to share.
HERITAGE Berlin is a European restaurant in Mitte. Open Mon-Sun 06:30-11:00,12:00-23:00.
Casual fine dining at Gendarmenmarkt, tucked into Hotel Luc.
The name does the work: Heritage translates the Wilhelminian fabric of the quarter into the 21st century without slipping into pastiche. The room runs on Prussian blues, warm wood and copper, with prints shorting historical costume against queer modernity. Culinary director Florian Glauert cooks between Asian accents and Berlin kitchen memory, clean craft on every plate. The Floating Menu is the house signature: ten courses, flowing, designed to share between two. À la carte, the truffle fries are a mandatory side. The Heritage Bar handles before or after.
