Feed the Pony in the Schillerkiez — chef Hannah from Berlin and Martin from Belfast serve North-Atlantic-Scandinavian-leaning plates with hand-picked low-intervention wines.
The wine kicked off the project: a pop-up with Weingut Schmitt, whose 'Wild Pony' double magnum is still kept for special occasions. Focus on biodynamic natural wines without dogma — if you want something specific, Martin heads to the cellar. tip-Berlin calls it Scandinavian-influenced product cuisine. Signature: Brezel Bites with yeast emulsion and a glass of Vouvray.
