Café Schroeder

Brunch café between Nordbahnhof and Torstraße: buttermilk pancakes, bread from FREA, Field Coffee, natural wine.

Café Schroeder is the sister café of Café Flo in Prenzlauer Berg and sits between Nordbahnhof and Torstraße. It is run by the sisters Rachel and Lea, who opened it in 2022.

It serves breakfast and brunch. The menu has included buttermilk pancakes with seasonal fruit, sandwiches with hummus, cucumber and organic egg, or papaya with yoghurt, compote and homemade peanut granola. The bread comes from FREA Bakery next door, the coffee from Field Coffee, the natural wine from producers such as Nature's Calling. If you like a wine, you can take a bottle home from the small wine corner. Open every day from 9 am to 5 pm.
