Craft beer brewery with attached brewhouse kitchen at Park am Gleisdreieck, built from converted shipping containers.
Vegetables sit at the centre of the menu in every conceivable form, sometimes pulled from the smoker — meat is pushed into a supporting role. Twenty taps plus around forty rotating bottles, alongside eight to ten brews from the on-site kettle. Helles, Pale Ale and Berliner Weisse. Sharing plates show how beer functions as a pairing partner. The hall is tall, generous, marked by oversized light installations — the menu rotates several times a year. In summer the beer garden opens onto the entrance to Gleisdreieck-Park.
