The Beuster Bar sits on Weserstraße in the Reuterkiez, inside a former physiotherapy practice now lined with white and dark-green tiles and wooden furniture.
The menu leans on French classics — moules frites, pork belly from Havelländer Apfelschwein, plus beef tartare and oysters as the anchor of the evening programme. The bar side puts its weight behind aperitivi and highballs, joined by a mimosa lineup that pulls the weekend onto the table. Saturday and Sunday layer in a brunch with porridge, beans on toast and lavender French toast — all set on a Weserstraße whose bar density in the Reuterkiez is known well beyond the city limits.
