Beuster

A French bistro in a former physio practice on Weserstraße: tartare, moules, oysters and cocktails until late.

Richard, Stefan and Ludwig turned a run-down physiotherapy practice on Weserstraße into Beuster Bar over six months of building work, opening in January 2015. "Bar" undersells it, because the kitchen cooks French bistro food from a short menu.

Dishes include beefsteak tartare, moules marinières and fresh oysters, plus fries with truffle and parmesan. At the bar there are cocktails and a carefully chosen wine list. At weekends tables are often booked well in advance. Open daily from 6 pm, until 3 am at the weekend.
