Aleppo Supper Club (take away)
Syrian-Levantine cooking on Rigaer Straße, largely vegan, take-away with a few seats — makluba, hummus, makdous.
Aleppo Supper Club (take away) is a Middle Eastern restaurant in Friedrichshain, priced 10–20 €. Open Mon 11:00-22:00, Tue closed, Wed-Sun 11:00-22:00.
Tiny shop on Rigaer Straße run by Samer Hafez, who moved over from a catering operation into a fixed storefront.
Despite the name no supper club here — take-away with a counter and a few seats, pre-war Aleppo photos on the walls. Menu is Syrian-Levantine, largely vegan, breakfast through dinner. Up front: tabbouleh, vine leaves and makdous with walnuts. Hummus with pomegranate seeds too. Mains run falafel, halloumi and the Aleppo makluba. That last one: rice with eggplant and almonds, plus minced lamb and mint yoghurt. Sweets follow with halawa, coconut-chocolate balls and halawet el jibn with semolina and pistachios. Flatbread and crisp-toasted bread alongside.
