Spree riverside at Holzmarkt 25, wooden deck terrace facing south, water at the tables.
The Katerschmaus has grown up: after a stint as Fame Restaurant on the other side of the river, back on the Holzmarkt grounds in fine-dining mode. Less vegetarian-focused than before, precise crossover with classical technique. The menu runs two tracks: four-course tasting menus across meat, fish and vegetarian, plus à la carte. Signature is Sardinian lamb from the oven with tomato gnocchi and a clean acid line. In summer the terrace carries the programme — water right in front of the wooden deck.
