Stefan Weber and Beate Hindermann have run the Victoria Bar on Potsdamer Straße since 2001 — Weber was named bartender of the year by Gault-Millau that same year.

After the December 2022 fire, the team reopened in September 2023, the interior restored as it was: wood panelling and hand-painted wallpaper, honey-yellow lamps above a picture gallery that rotates yearly. The long bar is the centre, with seating nooks below that work even for two. Originals from the in-house „Schule der Trunkenheit“, open from evening deep into the night — one of the few Berlin addresses that has held the same stance for over two decades.
