Behind the concept is Kevin Chmill, who knows from personal experience how hard it can be to find real alternatives in Berlin's restaurant scene. The card runs antipasti, pasta, secondi and dolci, with five gluten-free pasta varieties to choose from. Signature: carbonara by Roman lore, fully gluten- and lactose-free.
