VOLK is the tiny Parisian-style oyster bar on Brunnenstraße 182, right next to Weinbergspark.
Margaux Arabian runs it as a French cabinet in the middle of Mitte — Breton seafood, cooked and baked honestly. The menu rotates French oyster varieties alongside Burgundy snails with garlic butter, salmon rillette, cheese, and country bread with salted butter. The signature is the seafood platter with Breton lobster, crab, prawns, and sea snails — served with mignonette and house mayonnaise.
