Margaux Arabian runs it as a French cabinet in the middle of Mitte — Breton seafood, cooked and baked honestly. The menu rotates French oyster varieties alongside Burgundy snails with garlic butter, salmon rillette, cheese, and country bread with salted butter. The signature is the seafood platter with Breton lobster, crab, prawns, and sea snails — served with mignonette and house mayonnaise. Seafood at lunch in a relaxed bistro setting, wine and champagne with the platter in the evening. A slice of Paris with Breton produce next to Weinbergspark.
