Takumi Nine on Pappelallee is a Berlin branch of a Düsseldorf ramen chain.
The noodles come from Sapporo — Nishiyama-Seimen, the same batch that shows up at the original Sapporo shops. Broths are pulled long on site, with shoyu and tan tan on the menu. Opened in the former Hanage location, tightly furnished and without a reservation system — whoever comes waits briefly and sits close. Cash only. The pick: a shoyu ramen with the house chashu — the broth carries the layered line.
