Wine bar on Pannierstraße with directly imported natural wines from France and Italy, plus grilled cheese and Minimisu.

SWAY on Pannierstraße calls itself "wine snacks songs", and that is exactly what it is about. Jamie Tiller, Rohan Bell-Towers, Hayley Morgan and Tasya Kudryk opened the wine bar in October 2022, after a long time spent seeking out winemakers, meeting them and drinking their wines. Today they import most of their list directly, low-intervention wines from Alsace, Beaujolais, Languedoc or the Veneto, and also sell them to other businesses.

There are snacks like grilled cheese or "Minimisu", a small portion of tiramisu, and negronis. No reservations. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 6 pm.
