Jamie Tiller, Rohan Bell-Towers, Hayley Morgan and Tasya Kudryk opened SWAY on Pannierstraße in October 2022 — four founders with clear roles: Tiller runs the wine, Bell-Towers (a musician) the snacks, Morgan the equipment.

The list is 100% natural wine, no additives, no added sulphites, European focus. Snacks alongside: sandwiches, tinned sardines, Portuguese guardanapos. On weekends, DJs play their off-day sets in the loungeroom. Tiramisu is not an afterthought, but a line of its own on the menu.
