Classic Chinese cooking on Voßstraße between Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstraße — Mengling Tang works from old family recipes rooted in the Szechuan and Peking regions.
The menu holds traditional lines: sharper, clearly seasoned Szechuan on one side, the quieter, saltier Peking kitchen on the other. The namesake remains the Peking duck — carved tableside, with thin pancakes, spring onions and hoisin as a ritual. Alongside, dumplings in several variations, each with its own filling and folding technique. Regional Chinese classics in a central Mitte location, long a fixture in Berlin.
