MaMi's Food & Wine sits in the sous-terrain of Oderberger Strasse, bright brick walls, a few artworks.
Behind the address: a sibling duo — Marcel with fine-dining reflexes from a stint at Tim Raue, Miriam with a sommelière schooling from Austria's Kamptal. Together they run tapas sharing that pulls Spanish, German and Far Eastern lines at once; the soy sauce is fermented in-house. The menu rotates weekly and works à la carte or as a surprise menu for two. The signature is MaMi's Stadtmenü: leek cured in soy sauce with two creams of almond and apple-jalapeño. The wine list leans clearly toward Austria, finished with homemade limoncello.
