Material on Schönhauser Allee shifts through the day: a specialty café earlier on, then a natural-wine bar from the afternoon, built around a Spanish-leaning list.
The bottles on the wall are personally sourced — the producers are known to the house, and anyone unsure gets two open pours to taste before deciding. Coffee rotates through beans from a small Brandenburg roaster and is sorted by colour: brown for chocolate notes, yellow for acidity, blue for floral. The bake station runs laminated doughs alongside in-house sourdough; the croquetas are made from yesterday's bread, joined by small plates like ricotta with aubergine.
