Kimchi Princess

Foto: Kimchi Princess

Korean BBQ in a former club on Skalitzer Straße — the space still shows it: dark walls, red light, loud atmosphere.

Owner Young-Mi Park-Snowden has run Kimchi Princess for over 13 years. Table grills are built in; Bulgogi comes marinated in Korean pepper sauce, entrecôte and pork belly hit the grate plain. Served with rice and banchan. Not into grilling: Bibimbap and Kimchi Pancake are permanent menu fixtures. Soju is the default drink.
