Entry runs through the award-winning Provocateur Bar in gold and velvet red, then into the restaurant with dark wood, lush greenery, candlelight and a dark-wood-panelled ceiling. The open kitchen is in view, the warm service walks you through five courses. Typical play of salty, sweet, bitter and sour. Signature: crisply fried Dragon Prawns with almonds, green chilli, honey and mayonnaise.
