Café in the parish centre of St. Agnes: coffee, house-baked brioche, magazines and a roof terrace.

Kai Bröer started out as an architect and founded the café westberlin, first at Checkpoint Charlie. After a fire there it moved a few streets away: since May 2024 westberlin has been at home in the former Catholic parish centre of St. Agnes, a Werner Düttmann building remodelled by architect Arno Brandlhuber.

Café and coworking are combined over two floors, with an outdoor area and a roof terrace. There is coffee from Berlin and European roasters, tea from Companion, breakfast, lunch and early dinner, and everything is baked in-house, the brioche included. The shelves hold magazines and books such as Apartamento and 032c. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
